PROJECT ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Mr. Palacios has over thirty years experience in the Civil Engineering Field. He has worked in all phases of Civil Engineering and managed, assisted in the management and preparation of plans for many public works projects, residential developments, specific plans, office/commercial and retail projects, sewer and water pipeline studies, land use feasibility studies, transportation projects and site reconnaissance surveys. Mr. Palacios has extensive experience with plan preparation, cost estimating and processing of plans and permits. As project manager and principal for JP Engineering, Inc., he is responsible for client contracts, project team coordination, sub consultant contracts and coordination, project budgets, and presentations at city council and planning commission hearings. Mr. Palacios has developed computer modeling for hydraulic and highway engineering and is committed to utilizing computer technology in all aspects of design development.
