JP Engineering has prepared numerous road improvement, grading and storm drain plans, sewer and water lines, feasibility studies, cost estimates, topographic, boundary, record and A.L.T.A. surveys, as-built plans, parcel maps, subdivision maps, Record of Survey, Corner Records and street vacation maps for public works projects, commercial and residential developments.  Right-of-way engineering and utility identification results in numerous issues with regard to grading and the impact on existing development.  These are issues JP Engineering has encountered during the assessment and design of numerous projects and construction documents.  Our experience in several unique projects provides us an unusual level of knowledge of both design and implementation possibilities.
